3. Ну и нужно помнить, что в США есть штаты в которых совсем нет налога на товары, например, Oregon - соответ. там закупаться дешевле :)

4. при заказе через интернет - если вы заказываете на адрес места или штата отличного от того где находится электронный магазин, то налоги тоже не добавят к цене.
